Return or Exchange Policy – RRahi Print Shop
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns after order processing. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be submitted in writing within two business days. We will initiate replacements only for orders processed incorrectly.
Exchanges: For exchanges, buyers are responsible for covering shipping charges for both returning the original item and receiving the replacement. The exact shipping costs will be communicated to the buyer before confirming the exchange.
Conditions for Exchange:
- Exchange requests must be made in writing within the specified timeframe.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
- Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Shipping Charges for Exchange: Buyers will bear the shipping costs for both returning the original item and receiving the exchanged product. The precise shipping charges will be communicated and must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Refunds: Refunds are not applicable for exchanges. If the replacement item has a higher value, the buyer is responsible for covering the price difference.
