Reservations:
RRahi Print Shop reserves the right to reject orders and alter prices at any time.
Returns:
Due to product nature, returns aren’t accepted after processing. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be submitted in writing within two business days. Replacement occurs only for incorrectly processed orders.
Credit Card:
Declined credit cards result in non-processing of orders. Delinquent accounts may incur a finance charge, and legal action may lead to the buyer covering legal fees.
Warranty:
RRahi Print Shop neither explicitly warranties nor accepts responsibility beyond potential product replacement. Replacement or credit is not guaranteed.
Shipping:
Shipping terms are F.O.B. Gujarat – Surat. RRahi Print Shop arranges shipping but is not responsible for shipping costs, delays, loss, or damage once the order is with the carrier.
Limitation of Liability:
RRahi Print Shop is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Buyers agree not to hold RRahi Print Shop responsible for losses, costs, expenses, and damages related to claims, demands, actions, or proceedings.
Cancellations and Refunds:
RRahi Print Shop and its affiliated company won’t refund orders shipped or cancelled after processing.
